Educating on the differences between Inclusive Heathenry and extremist variants and fostering better understanding through education and sustained dialogue.
This is what happens to bullies. They get shut down!
We are proud of Murdock residents fortifying and educating their community, and how they will not be intimidated by extremists.

@NaziSlayerLady@MNUnitedAF@FornSidrAmerica We are aware of the situation and have been communicating with Murdock and will continue speaking with people on the ground to see what sort of support they might need.
3) If you have received any requests by Jon Minadeo Jr., "Handsome Truth Enterprises" (he also runs a YouTube channel by the same name); file a complaint with the @ADL via their website or contact authorities if the message is of a threatening nature.
1) ! COMMUNITY ALERT !
We received an inquiry via our website that sought information of any anti-racist activism and notable Pagan and Heathens from "Handsome Truth Enterprises", run by Jon Minadeo Jr. - an notorious anti-Semite in the Bay Area in California.
For more information on extremist symbols, their history and usage; see @ADL’s Hate Symbol Database:

#CPACstage#CPACNaziSymbol#WingedOdal
1) This “winged” Odal is a straight up Nazi corruption (in both form and meaning) of the known Othala common in runic inscription.
It appears to be quite a bold nod to the white supremacists comfortably situated among the conservative constituency.
Having worked with Norse and Elder Futhark iconography for years, I’m quite alert to the glyph shapes and their associations in the modern world and history.
So, why is the #CPAC2021 stage an Odal rune, and specifically one with serifs (or wings) that was used by the SS?
3) Even if defended as “sheer ignorance”, there’s complacency in being “ok” moving forward with an evocative symbol of Nazi regalia.
Be it organizer, designer, or builder; the “ignorant” or willful lack of oversight sends a message of hate long flown in the faces of the oppressed
@ElSandifer Our energy has been well spent away from Twitter as of late. We're not going to defend our Twitter activity because our work outside of the Twitterverse is much more important.
But thanks for reminding us through this back and forth banter why it is we place our energy elsewhere
@ElSandifer So you're judging us based upon our Twitter activity?
If so, then you're right; we're failing due to inactivity 😅
What you're not seeing (or refuse to see) is our work with communities, education initiatives, and partnership with national organizations combatting extremism.
@ElSandifer @WestTXLibsoc We're on the same side on this fight. The difference lies in methodology.
We do not take the "punch a nazi" approach, so some create the false equivalency that if we don't punch them, we must be hugging them; and that is just comically and argumentatively false.
@ElSandifer @WestTXLibsoc That is not what we said. We encouraged people to engage in antifascist activism (ourselves included: Philadelphia 2018-19).
What we said was that we do not advocate for people to use violence as a means for activism (which some have argued for).
Heathen extremism is not only a deeply seeded element in our faith to be uprooted and disposed of...
Sometimes it's just a thin façade of Nordic mythos and warrior stereotypes; where what lies beneath is a wasteland of toxic masculinity, white fragility, and a lot of anger.
@WestTXLibsoc Our entire mission is to the condemnation and the dismantling of white supremacy. We've condemned them constantly and on a regular basis...just not to your liking.
We see now that you have a personal issue with us for some reason that would make this tweet-a-thon endless. #Bye
@WestTXLibsoc We are not.
We are aware and full transparent on the racial history of Heathenry, both in the US and abroad. One of our primary goals is to educate on this.
You clearly have not sat in our lectures or listened to our interviews.
@WestTXLibsoc We are organizing in #Heathenry which is inherently NOT a white supremacist religious movement.
The awareness? Is to Neo-Volkisch (Folkish) bastardization of Heathen faith and iconography.
White supremacy that co-opts symbols and ideology alike to further racist ideology.
@WestTXLibsoc You mean aside from raising awareness on the extremism in Heathenry, providing interviews, community engagement, lectures, marching in (yes, peaceful) protests, and opening dialogue with national organizations that specifically work on extremism?
We're on Twitter with you :)
@WestTXLibsoc We don't actually.
But you seem very passionate about this insofar as to broadly decry ineptitude on our part.
So we'd love to hear about your contribution to the work toward inclusive Heathenry.
