@British_Airways How do I cancel one person from a flight please? Booking was for three people - only two can fly now, I’ve tried on manage my booking, it only allows a change of flight date. Help please? I’ve messaged and tried to call - no answers 🤷‍♀️

@BBCNews @British_Airways are no better, no refund and no vouchers on over £4K booked a year ago Apparently it’s because they cancelled the flights home which means my tickets were amended so the BA system says ‘no’ And there is nothing they can do! Robots!! They are all thieves 😡

We have screen shots of dm’s from @British_Airways customer service robots refusing to refund and produce promised vouchers without an explanation. BA have stolen our money.

@TelegraphTravel @timestravel @IndyTravel if there are any travel or news reports coming up, I have lots of info on @British_Airways conning passengers out of thousands of £’s. I have a group of people online that have been denied refunds and even denied vouchers.

@British_Airways BA - They have ‘conned’ me out of over £4K. ‘Their computer says no’ to refund me for flights booked over a year ago, they cancelled the flights and now say no to even combining vouchers as flights were ‘amended’ by them!

@British_Airways BA cancelled my flights and every other flight that I could have used vouchers for. Now the pandemic has continued longer than anyone expected - I should be entitled to my refund please. I cannot use the vouchers, they are useless to me. I need my money back please.

@British_Airways I don’t think for a second you believe what you are typing, if you lost your jobs (it may happen!) you would want the money that had been ‘stolen’ from you returned? The flights were cancelled and you cannot offer me a replacement - therefore please refund my money!

@British_Airways Well I hope you never have the financial problems that I’ve got due the pandemic and BA stealing £5,000. I haven’t received what I paid for therefore I should have my money back! It’s not rocket science. It’s about what is morally right!
