Poor service on @LumoTravel train from Stevenage to Edinburgh Waverley. While the two staff are helpful the food is terrible. Poor no restaurant car and trolley service run out of sandwiches. I paid £6.80 for last one that’s gone in the bin after one bite. Veggie cheese.
Asked yesterday about switching my mobile contract. I said no as while I’m having nothing but issues with @TheO2 poor coverage etc I wanted to stay for @O2PriorityUK After todays rubbish service I’m switching. Rubbish!!!

@AsdaServiceTeam been on a call with Kobe from 20 mins. He can’t answer any questions. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. No order delivers yet I’ve been charged and it’s confirmed today. Rubbish customer service. Won’t be choosing Asada again!
