Numbers are a bit down from last week but very similar. As we head into the holiday season, we will likely see our numbers decrease. ☃️

New month, similar numbers! The market is cooling a bit - we are seeing prices come down some due to rising interest rates but we are still seeing homes being listed. Buying/selling doesn't have to be scary, let me know what questions you have!

I hope we take today to remember, not only our soldiers who died for our country but also, our loved ones who are no longer with us, but especially the 19 children and 2 teachers who died last week. And let us think of ways to help create a better, safer future for our children.
