Just to be abundantly clear, because there was some confusion in my post about this, Blake Lively LOST. By every measure she lost. She got nothing in the way of damages, no court ever said her words were true. Her words were made public and everyone sees her for the horrible, manipulative, lying witch that she is. Justin Baldoni WON.

Blake got attorney fees for one tiny part of this action, the defamation case, not for the entire case, and it was on a technicality, using a law to protect victims. Blake Lively is no victim, she’s a predator.

I am following with interest the developments in the settlement between Blake Lively and the Wayfarer parties, not only because it is a genuine human interest story, but also because there is resonance between the way I was set up by equally vicious predators in 1974 to con the world into believing that I was something I wasn't after they tried and failed to exploit me financially.

The scenarios greedy people concoct when they are desperate to fulfill their worldly objectives, at the expense of their spiritual duty to themselves and others, are truly unbelievable. There are few things worse than finding oneself the centre of their schemes.

Bryan Freedman has said that Justin Baldoni wants to tell his side of the story, and that he will do so in the fulness of time.

There is little doubt in my mind that he will have many an opportunity to do so, and that Blake Lively will find herself the Defendant in many a defamation suit if she tries to perpetuate the lies she concocted to justify the theft of his movie.

She is a very brazen operator. The idea of an abusive hussy of her order using her children, which she did at the Met Gala, when she sweet-as-pie declared to the only reporter whose head she hasn't bitten off meangirl style, that she is shy (yes Blake, shy like Meghan and Amber) would be funny if it were not so offensive.

When are these vulturous women going to realise that no one but an imbecile or ignoramus believes that being a Mom (as her ilk always crassly put it) means that she's a sweet, vulnerable and kindhearted person, who isn't capable of committing any offence, much less an atrocity such as accusing an innocent man of sexual harassment. Sure, she didn't stoop to the depths that Magda Goebbels did, but she has treated all dispassionate onlookers to a display of atrocious behaviour that renders her unacceptable for acceptance as a decent human being unless she comes clean, admits her errorr, apologises for the cruel and inhumane way in which she set about setting up Justin Baldoni, and thereafter tried to bully everyone who crossed her path into going along with her truly reprehensible narrative.

Blake Lively is an example of what can happen when someone becomes overly entitled and believes they are smarter and better than others who work just as hard, if not harder. She sued a man who gave her a role in a movie that had strong financial potential, both as an investment and as an opportunity for a role in a good movie.

For many, that would have been enough: money and a good role. But it seems that wasn’t the case here, she wanted more, possibly because she had always gotten what she wanted throughout her life. She accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment, as well as running a campaign to damage her reputation. Baldoni denied the allegations and countersued for defamation and extortion, turning the case into a complex legal battle.

Over time, the court dismissed several major claims on both sides, particularly Lively’s. Just weeks before proceedings were set to begin, both parties agreed to settle. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Blake settled because she knew she would lose sooner or later and Justin settled because he was bleeding money and he is not as rich as Blake. So it made sense for both of them.

The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. In a joint statement, Lively and Baldoni expressed pride in the film and its message about domestic violence, while emphasizing their desire to move forward professionally.
