@NewbornCardiac We need to support our bedside nurses and advocate for safe and appropriate staffing ratios if we want to improve Neurodevelopment care and outcomes in CVICUs

@NewbornCardiac Non-pharmacological pain interventions have been found to be effective, however they often times take more time and more support. With current staffing levels and so many young nurses at the bedside, it’s difficult to implement.
