This kid is legally old enough to drive but isn't allowed to stay up past 9?

@LucrativeLuApe @InternetH0F I think a 16 year old should have enough self control that they don't need restrictions to this level. This is the kid that either goes wild or has a nervous breakdown when they get to college because they're given no trust or responsibility now.
