@cailinmeister @CircusesN (Am no expert). Does Gardner/similar’s theory of “8 intelligences” hold water to test & analyse out (correlation, pattern), here? I like the more complex things (MBTI too), as I suspect ASD correlates with Intoversion, Sensing, Thinking etc (MBTI) & similar from Gardner.

@marinadpol Take time for a little internal celebration that you DID the difficult thing, too. I used to use external treat like a nail polish/facemask, but actually just putting a colourful symbol on the calendar for “I did a hard thing” works arguably better. Glad you have a village x
