@AmX_ZaxTr @AdamLowisz In majority Black nations, race is not a correlate of poverty and hence certain types of ID. Offer free govt ID that doesnt depend on car or home ownership or driver licensing - as other nations do - and then ID makes sense in most cases.

@DougWahl1 Makes sense simply for practical reasons. Incoming players and guests will thus avoid being harassed at the border. Also, many citizens of other countries will not travel to the US right now for any reason. They don't feel welcome or safe or morally comfortable there.
