In 2010, the first version of the #LymphedemaTreatmentAct was introduced.

And in 2022, 20 years later, @janschakowsky finished the work her friend and colleague began.

Today, the House passed the year-end omnibus legislative package that included the #LymphedemaTreatmentAct, which means our bill has officially been passed by Congress! @POTUS is expected to sign the bill as soon as it reaches his desk, then the LTA will officially become law!!🎉

The contents of the package were finally released overnight and will be voted on by both chambers this week.
