@MasterChefUSA I recently had open heart surgery and have been ordered to have no more than 2mg of sodium daily. Do you know how hard that is?! There are millions all over the world in the same situation. Why not do a no sodium challenge? It would be a huge success I'm sure.

Got home from hospital yesterday. I still have a long recovery but I'll be better than before! Open heart surgery is amazing. The things the human body can stand is amazing!
