it the right way.
If you take anything from this:
Be honest with yourself—even when it’s uncomfortable.
Don’t confuse results with health.
And don’t wait until your lowest point to decide you’re worth taking care of.
my weight. It was my mindset. My habits. Me.
Losing weight didn’t fix that.
I’m still learning what “healthy” actually means—
mentally, emotionally, not just physically.
So if you’re asking how I did it, here’s the real answer:
I changed.
But I’m still figuring out how to do
@nikutaberuru Paradise Kiss is actually my all-time favorite anime. The fashion, the drama, and how real the characters feel just hit different. Most guys sleep on josei stuff but it's peak.
@brose_511 Yeah some side effects will kick your ass. The first time they gave me to much and it made me not care about anything. But if it isn’t working just tell them they are more than happy to change it. We don’t really know how these medications work so lot of the time it’s trial/error
@brose_511 So proud man. Good advice is depression medicine takes about four weeks to build up in the system so you should start to see drastic changes now.
@brose_511 Also if you are burnt out on apex try something different. Start a Minecraft world or server for the whole community to play together. Hell I’d enjoy watching you play the google chrome Dino game.
@brose_511 Take your time man. Your mental health is way more important than anything else. Also any content you create is top tier and I enjoy it no matter what.
