@JamesEwen0407@versoaltohobbit Don’t forget the poop kissing the Quran or all religions are paths to God. Not to mention they are letting female priestesses march in procession with them to be on stage during mass.
@DaMadMattster@AwaitingChrist With all of the earthquake and volcanic activity going on plus so close to the entire world being against Israel, especially that the last bastion of support America is turning, our redemption has to be more nigh than ever. We can’t be much longer for this miserable world!🙏🙏🙏
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic And I ask you the same question how do you know they did change their beliefs? And before you race to the bottom again, you can only assume against what they clearly stated. I don’t have to prove they didn’t, but you would that they did.
Makes you wonder just how secure they are in their church when they run away like this person @proMHFMcatholic. Pray it’s The Holy Spirit convicting and they’re running away from truth out of fear or pride but that the scales will fall off before it’s too late. 🙏🙏🙏
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Then they should have written about it as they did about their erroneous beliefs to begin with. And the truth is The Word of God. Jesus says I am The Way. No one gets to The Father except through The Son. If that’s not enough to squash the heresy of universalism nothing is.
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic So you are admitting Mary and the other saints are dead. Finally we’re making progress. Since we agree on this then I refer to the many verses that reiterate that the dead cannot hear, specifically Ecclesiastes 9:5-6
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Except that Paul changed his beliefs and admitted he was wrong after encountering Jesus but the universalists and the creationist never changed the beliefs much less admitted they were wrong. And they were supposedly already following Jesus. Its not being wrong it’s staying wrong
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Yes bt being wrong on something as important as salvation and who Jesus is diminishes credibility greatly. If someone you work with is wrong about something that could be deadly, and those errors can be considered such, then would you be quick to follow their decisions next time?
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Samuel doesn’t show what you want it, actually need it to because his first words to Saul were “Why have you disturbed me?” If he had understanding of this world then why would he need to ask why he was brought there?
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic The only thing we agreed on was the angels have the ability to go between heaven and earth and interact with those on earth. I gave a possibility relating to the saints and the bowls based on Hebrews and the angels serving but I didn’t get a reply on it.
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Actually the NT didn’t end until after their deaths I.e. Revelation. Also Paul was writing up until his death. Also the Bible isn’t specifically and only about salvation. Paul’s writings alone should tell you that. And Moses was referred to but Mary was not hmmmm.🤔
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Yes but if those same fathers are so wrong on their beliefs of salvation and who Jesus is then who’s to say they are correct on this for example? Because universalism goes against Jesus’ own words and the creation issue goes against Jesus being who He is. BIG errors with those!
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic And Samuel isnt a good example for you in that it is the one example of someone speaking TO the deceased not someone being sent from heaven speaking with Jesus. Even then they only spoke with Jesus. So from scripture it seems pretty clear that the speaking to is not acceptable.
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Elijah never died so he wasn’t behind the gates. And if Moses’ body was assumed do you not believe God could reunite his body and soul?
@AmosKissel@proMHFMcatholic Except that no she wasn’t in that Rome’s tradition is she was surrounded be the Apostles when she died and Thomas was supposedly the one who found her tomb empty. So she was gone LOOONG before the NT was written, yet nothing is mentioned about what would have been a huge event.
