What a great day at the Border Tony Viljoen Marathon in the Eastern Cape - the home of legends.

42.44 km completed in 4:27:26, at an average pace of 6:18/km. My first full marathon after Comrades!

The season is back. No excuses!!! We keep moving and building momentum.

Based on my experience in Durban, I’d like to share my thoughts.The traffic flow is organized, parking is efficiently managed, & seat allocation is respected. The overall flow within the stadium is smooth.This seamless experience is something u only encounter with the Springboks.
