@docanonx @ShaunLintern I'd agree. Anyone setting rules/policies should spend at least 1 year working in it. They should have experience working in a care agency or as an HCA on a ward/ community. If they make the rules for people, they should have the same package as anyone within that industry.

Support wellbeing of staff in post, especially those who are newly qualified. Whoever makes decisions, walk a mile in the moccasins of the staff involved with such changes. Protect your resources!

Summer has arrived. I saw my first motorcyclist with shorts and a beautiful pair of white trainers! Everyone needs to remind family and friends that they love the skin they're in. Dress for the slide not just the ride. You'll look great in armoured trousers and boots.

Standing at a first cymru bus stop in Manobier. The buses go every hour. The one we chose to catch only goes on Saturday and school holidays. Going the other way they go every hour!
Why didn't I drive!!! Hopefully the next one will turn up after waiting over an hour. Whoop whoop.

@NHSEngland Ensure that people's salary and annual leave is correct and working in a challenging role will be more humanly manageable. Couldn't believe a paramedic telling me they had their annual leave moved a month ahead, without consent!!!These are people, not machines!!

Sat on bus stop for over an hour! The 1100 bus obviously disappeared between Guildford - Midhurst (broke down, accident, flood, traffic, yeti attach, black hole?) On 1200 bus now, yippee! Everyone should try the bus once in a while to appreciate the spontaneity and having a car!

@chrost_hugo My basic understanding is that it maintains equilibrium for the CNS to be cushioned and safely carry it's prescious load. If there's a leak it can have significant impact on function, introducing dizziness, fatigue and pain to the individual.
