@DeRonin_ Since prompt outputs are essentially universal - a commodity - the real competitive edge is already gone. Anyone can pay $200/month for Claude. What matters is the human strategic thinking behind certain actions. Human judgment and intuition arenโt codeโฆ at least not yet.
5/5 When the system responds fast (sub-400ms), users stay in flow. If real work takes longer, show immediate feedback: pressed states, optimistic UI, skeletons, progress. Perceived performance is a UX feature.
4/5 Working memory is limited. Donโt force users to โholdโ info across steps. Chunk content, group related fields, use clear headings, and keep key context visible.
