(1/4) Worst @AmericanAir and @CLTAirport experience ever last night. Flew back with my family yesterday from Minnesota to Charlotte (flight 2140). Arrived at 9:10pm. Had 5 of our checked bags by 9:30pm. Took me over 2.5 more hours to get my oversized bag.
