Puede existir en el país otra empresa privada que supere a @TigoParaguay en el desprecio a sus clientes? Sus sistemas son vulnerables. Su atención al cliente es una basura. Alguien les reclama ante Sedeco, pagan la multa y siguen jodiendo. Contratan caros estudios jurídicos que con argucias joden a sus denunciantes. Hace días pido un servicio y me derivan con un contestador automático que siempre te pide la misma info. Los medios tradicionales no denuncian porque los tienen anestesiados con pautajes publicitarios. Sus directivos se creen de la realeza y están al frente de una empresa que genera la antipatía de mucha gente. Algún día se acabará este abuso.
