I was asking Grok in my Tesla Model Y about this situation. Mentioning how it’s really hard to get through to anyone at Tesla. Grok’s response: maybe send a X post and tag Whole Mars Blog. Anyway, this definitely made me laugh. And well, can’t hurt I guess. @wholemars

2. Wrong car, am not driving, but do have an active loan for

After spending maybe 3 hours in phone tree loops, robot/AI phone trees, I am at a loss, please help @Tesla

@wholemars this is pretty funny. Spent a couple hours on the phone with Tesla customer support. They could not resolve my issue. Note: this is a crazy extra loan for an undelivered car.

I was driving in my Tesla: figured I asked Grok, they said one option: tweet wholemarsblog.

1. A car I received and am now driving

2. A car I did not receive

I was given a Tesla finance number but no way to get through. Spent about an hour on the phone with no resolution.

@a_food_maniac Not necessarily a counter point, but…… we are counter service/ fast casual. My two main employees people order from and make their food have face tattoos, and would possibly be intimidating if seen on a dark alley.
