Confirmed with CRT to get the paddles unlocked for 8am so we could make it through dodgy area in one day - no water after lower lock reported for leaking but CRT said it was fine - no CRT employee to unlock paddles #poormaintenance #poorcommunication #rochdalecanal #notrust
