Return fix term Parliament, with 60% of the 2nd chamber elected for 5 years mid parliamentary term.
The remaining 40% appointed by a committee who are not politically affiliated. I'm thinking people like Martin Lewis would fall into this area

@dave43law Profitable companies that sack people to make more profit, should be forced to pay a significantly higher amount of redundancy to those affected. The statutory 1 week per year is piss poor, maybe they would think twice if they were forced to pay a minimum of 6 months

Additionally, MPs shouldn't get any payments when losing an election, after all its effectively a fixed term contract.
