@HonestLarry1 Hi @HonestLarry1 , hope you're doing well! I'm working on a documentary series and would like to discuss some of the photos/video posted to your account. Would you mind DM'ing me and I can provide you with additional information about our project. Thank you!
@GoBrightline@FloridaSupercon@TheMiamiBeachCC Warning, Don’t rely on @GoBrightline for a ride to and from the convention center. They offered transportation to and from @loanDepotpark, the shuttle they offered was 45 min late and everyone missed train home. Have backup plan as they had no problem leaving people stranded
@tenantrep1 @GoBrightline@Marlins They suggested I take an Uber but when I asked if they would pay for it they declined. The round-trip tickets I bought for my family of four was $70. You would think if they had open seats in premium they wouldn’t charge people an extra $256 to get on a later train.
have to get the word out @GoBrightline was worst customer service I’ve ever had. Took kids to @Marlins game. After game their shuttle was 45 min late so missed our train home. They said if we didn’t buy premium seats 2 hours later, we can’t get home. Don’t ever ride!!!
@DomZenga@thespinzone@GSklash@jhalbb@GoBrightline@Marlins The tix through Brightline are called Home runner. from the site,”guests can ride and enjoy a complementary, round-trip shuttle service to and from loanDepot Park” so there were a few hundred ppl that missed their train due to the issues with the shuttle they promised to provide
@Giancs13@GoBrightline@Marlins My kids were so excited to ride the train for the first time, was such a tough letdown. shocking they didn’t have more than one shuttle running to get people back to the station after the game. Lots of people stranded that paid for train tix having to Uber back to palm beach
@BillyCorben When @GoBrightline customer service rep said all trains are sold out for the night I asked how do we get home, she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know you can try Uber. Then people just forced their way on. Total shitshow
@thespinzone@GSklash@jhalbb@GoBrightline@Marlins Brightline offers the “home runner” which comes with train tix and shuttle service to and from stadium. after the game a bus boarded people, then it took 45 min for next bus to arrive So everyone on bus missed their train and the 200 people behind us missed their train as well
@GSklash@GoBrightline@Marlins They didn’t! people forced their way on the train. We were told 5:17 train was sold out but there were about 200 people still stranded at the stadium so we knew there’d be seats available. People literally just forced their way past the one Brightline employee to get on the train
@GoBrightline@Marlins So I called and have been on hold too long, just want a refund for the premium ticket I was told I had to purchase to get home. Was then let on 517 train with my 447 ticket. Please refund my 647 premium ticket I was falsely told I had to purchase to get home . Thanks
@TreyHerbert@brian_vanpelt@GoBrightline They told me the only option was a $256 premium seat for my family of four. Hundreds of people were affected and the @GoBrightline Customer service in Miami couldn’t have handled it any worse.
@OnePrimaryCare just double checking, 70% of hospitalized patients ARE vaccinated? there are more vaccinated patients in the hospitals than non vaccinated?
