@LMorningstsr@ppglane@AndyJGard@phughes76340646@DefinitelyN0tI@KelKamikaze1 Lunch was bread with cheap ham or tinned tuna, chopped apples and carrots (very cheap) Breakfast was porridge. We both lost weight even though we were healthy weights in the first place. Seriously no excuse. Stop enabling the obesity problem, it doesn't help.
@LMorningstsr@ppglane@AndyJGard@phughes76340646@DefinitelyN0tI@KelKamikaze1 That makes no sense. Why do you HAVE to eat more calories just because cheaper foods have more?? Here's an example of what we ate in 2021 when we were extremely hard up: Chicken (8 thighs from Asda were £3) with 40p jar of sauce, rice and frozen veg = 8 dinners.
@AndyJGard@ppglane@phughes76340646@DefinitelyN0tI@KelKamikaze1 That is utterly ridiculous! You do not need to shop at Waitrose to eat healthily. I grew up as poor as one can be in the UK and we still ate decent food. And yes, my mum was underweight, not over. I've lived in poverty myself since then and it causes weight loss.
@Raeyyne@BurakkurozuXIII@DrLoupis I think she will go from her body breaking down muscle, eventually including her heart muscle. In fact it's probably too late at this point, even if she put on weight I imagine her heart has suffered irrepairable damage :( I've followed her for years and her story is very sad.
@Stephan90411631@luckytran And rightly so! They were literally bagging up people's pets and killing them if the owner tested positive.... You want that? Never NEVER should we be inspired by anything China does! And no, it didn't help, they still got overrun by covid in the end.
@GSostakas@rt7683 @jason_willz1 @TheChiefNerd You haven't showed me it, but I don't read anything unless it comes from a reputable source (government data records, BMJ etc).
@BenSmit81581660 @jason_willz1 @TheChiefNerd Yes I doubt it's anything sinister, but they have clearly realised that it's doing more harm than good for younger people. I don't believe any conspiracies, it was just a pretty rubbish, rushed vaccine that caused a lot of problems for a lot of people.
@BenSmit81581660 @jason_willz1 @TheChiefNerd I'm not going to argue with you, it's obvious at this point and most people have decided to not take any more doses so I'd say all's (not) well that ends well.
@BenSmit81581660 @jason_willz1 @TheChiefNerd There's plenty of evidence of increased excess deaths around the world. But here's some light reading for you.

@JacquiDeevoy1 To make it fair you should ask how many were injured or killed by covid vs how many injured or killed by the jab, but yes I know more from the second category too.
