I've tried to relog a call, but it does not allow me and takes me back to the previous call.
I tried the call centre but the pre recorded voice tells me to log it online.
We have a prepaid meter, I added new electricity on the 1st of December and I did update the meter.

Our power has been out since 10pm on 3 Dec.
I logged a call on 5 Dec with reference number *in DM* for account number *in DM*

When I checked this morning it says the call was completed, but the power is still out and no one has been at my house.

@ATVIAssist Cold war is causing my xbox one x to crash very often. It used to be like every 3 games, now I can't get through one game without it crashing. Please resolve this. No other games cause it to crash. I also lose all progress made in that match such as camos etc Part 1/2
