That reminds me of my $4k+ last year as well. 😪😫😫
I switched away from all PAYMENT platforms because a slightest amount like this even $50 they want to know who send it, what you delivered all your conversations from A-Z.. someone you chatted on WhatsApp, they'll tell you they only accept email communication for authentication.

Only for me to moved away to Mainstack, omoh my $4k plus is still there today, there isn't any accusation they didn't throw around, I later gave up and dash them oo 🤦‍♂️ after multiple calls with their Co founder, assistant etc..

Only God can save us in this country
