@ntahabercom i put ice on my head but that's mostly when i get migraine because it actually helps slow down the nerves i feel from the side of my head from it. I am pretty sure this method was meant to be similar but a headache is a more easy fix.

@serizah Yeah, he's scholar main, but he does healing in all types, that is require of him. So he can cast shields on his teammates but also heal people quickly (like bene from whm)
