لا تتسرع بتغيير المحرك.. "بلف التبخير" قد يكون هو الجاني!
​عزيزي صاحب المركبة،
إذا لاحظت نقصاً مفاجئاً في زيت محرك سيارتك، أو ظهور دخان كثيف من العادم، تريّث ولا تستعجل بقرار تغيير المحرك أو عمل صيانة كبرى (توضيب). ففي كثير من الأحيان، يكمن الحل في قطعة صغيرة وبسيطة تُسمى "بلف التبخير" (PCV Valve).
​ما هو دور بلف التبخير؟
​يعتبر هذا الجزء "رئة" المحرك، ووظيفته أساسية للحفاظ على كفاءته:
​إعادة تدوير الزيت: يقوم بسحب أبخرة الزيت وإعادتها للمحرك بدلاً من فقدانها.
​تصريف الضغط: ينظم ضغط الغازات داخل "الكارتير"، مما يمنع انفجار الأختام (الوجهيات) وتسريب الزيت.
​��ظافة المحرك: يقلل من تكوّن الرواسب الكربونية ويحسن من أداء المحرك واحتراقه.
​علامات تشير إلى تلف بلف التبخير:
​استهلاك غير طبيعي للزيت: تلاحظ نقص الزيت بشكل مستمر دون وجود تهريب خارجي واضح.
​دخان أزرق/أبيض: خروج دخان من العادم نتيجة احتراق الزيت المتسرب لغرف الاحتراق.
​تراكم الزيت في فلتر الهواء: أو وجود آثار زيت حول فتحات البلف.
​نصيحة ذهبية:
فحص بلف التبخير وتغييره دورياً لا يكلفك الكثير، لكن إهماله قد يوهمك بأن محرك سيارتك "انتهى عمره الافتراضي". ابدأ دائماً بالأسهل والأرخص قبل الدخول في إصلاحات مكلفة.
