I understand that feeling - I play a lot of tennis and these days I find I’m really conscious about not tripping over on court. About 8 years ago I fell through going backwards as someone lobbed me and I broke wrist..

@HeatherBo63 Is it best to schedule the Uber for an hour before you actually need to leave? Then if that fails you have a chance for back up action. Is there a bus service ?

@LadyColinCampb That’s great but I think their front page picture of the stunning PoW holding the Ladies singles trophy is absurd. The picture should surely be of the winner holding the trophy- Linda Moskova. I’m a fan of the PoW but really this is odd

@Lord_Sugar @RobbieRinder I think you might like Bob Mortimer’s ‘The Long Shoe’. It’s the 3rd novel of his that I’ve read… I recommend. That and Tokyo Express by Seicho Matsumoto. Just excellent reads!

@mikegallacher1 That sounds like nerve pain, I used to get it following my wrist operation. I was told to try and move in a flowing way… those pains did disappear eventually.
May not be the same but sounds very similar…
