@AsdaServiceTeam Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the £99 transaction that was taken 20 days ago from my card for fuel has still not been returned. The amount I spent on fuel was £30.23. I need this issue resolved urgently as I am almost £69 out of pocket!!

@Tesco I sent a DM yesterday to reschedule or cancel my delivery for this afternoon as I’m not going to be at home to receive it and couldn’t access the app to change it myself but it is still saying it will be delivered today. Can you please help?
