我曾經服務了22年的日本《產經新聞》，昨天特地針對我在台中遇襲一事發表了社論，表達了對我的支持，令我十分感動。非常感謝《產經新聞》再次展現了對民主、自由與言論自由的堅持。

社論指出，「任何針對言論的暴力都不能被容許」。如果有人企圖用暴力製造寒蟬效應，讓人因恐懼而不敢發聲，受傷害的不只是個人，更是整個民主社會。

社論也提到，近年來中國對海外異議人士的跨境打壓，已經引起國際社會高度關注。這起案件如果涉及有組織、有計畫的恐嚇行動，就不能只當成普通治安事件，應徹底追查幕後是否有人指使，更要依法嚴辦，絕不能讓暴力成為壓制不同意見的工具。

除了《產經新聞》之外，這幾天我也接受了日本多家主流媒體的採訪。許多日本朋友都表達了高度關切。他們認為，這種利用「快閃打手」跨境恐嚇異議人士的手法，不僅威脅到台灣，同樣也威脅到日本社會的安全。這種事件今天發生在台灣，明天就可能發生在日本，甚至其他民主國家。

這幾天，我還接到好幾位日本國會議員的電話。他們除了表達慰問，也告訴我，他們正在推動跨黨派國會議員共同連署，打算發表一份譴責暴力、捍衛言論自由的聲明，向世界表明「日本不會對這種破壞民主價值的行為保持沉默」。

感謝所有來自日本、台灣以及世界各地朋友的支持與鼓勵。我會繼續努力，也希望更多民主國家團結合作，共同對抗跨境威脅與暴力恐嚇。
