@johnlewishelp please can you advise? I bought this bag in April 2023, it was faulty and we exchanged it in Nov 2023. This one has also broke in the same way as our original. Will we be able to take this back for a credit note? We no longer have the receipt.

@boohoo_cshelp abit of an obscure query. My old neighbour incorrectly had a boohoo parcel delivered, which was left at our address. I have tried to contact her to arrange for her to collect it but with no luck. Is there anyway I can send it back to you?

@AsdaServiceTeam ordered a box of pampers baby wipes, so 12 packs in the box for £9. Asda sub for 9 individual packs totalling £9. That’s not fair, feeling short changed.
Asked for a refund via the app & it has been declined.
