@WestMidRailway joke! 3 trains cancelled at my station, just trying to get to work! This is very frustrating & station aren’t even been advised why.

@WestMidRailway Alexis they have just announced what the problem is. But surely your station team should be kept informed first so they can answer our queries. I. didn’t buy my ticket until 6.40 and there were no issues on this or other trains at that time.

Your Longbridge gym is disgusting! Been here since 9.10, floor filthy upstairs, cleaning fluid nearly out…I’m not the only one who isn’t happy!
