@SecretaryTurner Mamdani/NY "Little Districs": Is this a Fair Housing violation? Little Italy is an historical nickname. To "define" city boundaries, by ethnicity could be illegal, if real concentrations of certain groups reside in these areas.  Think steering/self-segregation.
