@chrischirp I have been avoiding the 3 Cs but also using the 3 Ds - daily vitamin D, Dual Defence nasal spray and Dentyl mouthwash! I don't know how much protection these give but colds caught at school have been extremely mild and short lived.

@IndependentSage How reliable are the tests? Even if specificity is 97.5% accurate that would still mean over 6000 false positives at the moment and I have heard that sensitivity is even less accurate.
