1/3 Betty White kept a photo of her late husband Allen Ludden at her bedside & would blow him a kiss every morning. Over 40 years the photo faded, and I had the great honor of restoring it for her (pic in 2/3). If there is an afterlife, I hope she's with her Allen. #BettyWhiteRIP
@alisonmartino These LAX mosaics (designed by Janet Bennett) inspired a custom one of a kind chandelier I made recently

@iblockmagats I honestly just messed around in Photoshop, making lots of layers and adding and subtracting. I'm a self taught graphic designer so it's hard to convey how I did it. That said -- I think there are some apps out there, designed to do this sort of work. Probably easier, too!
@Hayetathome Yes, I like the halo effect! The glass frame was in the shape of an arch, so the halo was part of the fading, if it had been in the original photo I would have kept it.
@Bufshuf I picked this photo of them together because he's wearing the same shirt (in a lighter color) in the photo she kept by her bed. He had a bunch of shirts in this style! The whole world loved Betty, and she loved Allen (and all the animals).
I also love this photo of her. What a boss -- yet also so kind. A great way to honor her memory is to donate to an animal rescue #BettyWhite#BettyWhiteRIP
3/3 Here's the wonderful thank you note Betty White sent me for doing a small favor - because she's a class act all the way. What a loss, but what a life. #BettyWhiteRIP#BettyWhite
