So proud of Ruby, Fred and their band of amazing young activists! Here they are presenting the compelling case for conserving peatlands at the Irish parliament. This Aunty and Uncle @Trollied333 in Australia continue to be in awe of what they do ๐๐๐
I was joined in Leinster House today by the No Planet B Club from Naas, an incredible group of young environmental activists who, among other things, are campaigning for a National Peatlands Park for Kildare. We were joined by my colleagues @VincentPMartin1 and @smytho too. ๐
Every time @jennyweather is announced on @abcnews do you also over-pronounce the Ws as you repeat, "Jenny WWWoodWWWard WWWith the WWWeather", or is it just our home?
@JBarraket Thanks Jo, I'm great! Working in disability-inclusive disaster risk reduction. Trying to work out my PhD question but I don't know if I'll ever decide! Love seeing your gardening posts.

AMBER ALERT: Queensland police have issued an Amber Alert after four young children were taken from a property near Mackay by a man known to them, saying they could be at โsignificant riskโ https://t.co/FHjNy5Wd8E
Woke up this morning feeling very blessed to be disabled - I reckon my parents are pretty happy about it too.
Feeling sorry for us and our families doesnโt help. Treating us equally, and giving us the choice and control over our own lives does
Happy #InternationalWomensDay2022 to all the amazing women working and volunteering in emergency services and disaster management. We see you and the incredible work you do. ๐๐ช

How has it taken 62 years to name a person with disability as Australian of the Year? No one is more deserving than @DylanAlcott and no one will do more to fight for that kind of neglext and exclusive to end. #inclusionforall
Dylan Alcott is the 2022 Australian of the Year!
The wheelchair tennis champion is the first person with a disability to be named #AusOfTheYear in the award's 62-year history.
Alcott took out the honour hours after cruising to another #AusOpen final.
