I’ve been trying to correct my name on my NIMC record for weeks now, and there’s been absolutely no response from their customer service or email support. How are citizens supposed to resolve issues when official channels don’t work?

Honestly, it’s disappointing that apart from banks and a few private organisations, most federal and state agencies in Nigeria don’t respond to emails, social media messages, or even phone calls.
