Shout out to the @tfwrail staff on the 17:30 from Manchester Piccadilly to Cardiff Central this evening. A group of intoxicated under-age, fare-dodging teenagers boarded in the vicinity of Pontypool, smoking and carrying glass bottles of wine. 1/3

They were very rowdy, abusive, disruptive to other passengers, using foul language, some of which they directed at the train staff. They handled a difficult situation really well and thankfully the girls were promptly asked to leave the train. 2/3
