@JennaPrice Bought a new fridge that was freezing all the food despite being on a low temperature. Company didn’t want to repair or replace it. Sent a strongly worded email and included the phrase ACCC in it and suddenly had a new fridge and $500 to spend in Woolies to replace ruined food.
