Em 2019, o TCU entendeu que o governo não poderia usar dinheiro público para promover um projeto de lei em tramitação.
Era um projeto essencial para o país: o combate ao crime.

Em 2026, vemos campanhas oficiais defendendo uma pauta política específica.
Enquanto aguardava a minha mala no aeroporto de Guarulhos, vi um pouco de uma campanha de R$ 80 milhões do governo contra a escala de trabalho 6x1.
O fim da escala 6x1 é uma medida essencialmente populista, em um ano eleitoral, e não leva em conta as consequências econômicas de tal ação.
É também um projeto que está em tramitação no Congresso.

O problema não é concordar ou discordar da proposta.
O problema é a regra mudar conforme o governo.
Instituições fortes exigem coerência.
A mesma regra deve valer para todos.
