#ExpeditionNantucket is off to a great start! Announcing our first tagged shark named ACK, @Gr8WhiteACK, for the people of Nantucket. It gives us confidence we're in the right spot.
3 white sharks all pinged in today to let us know where they are. @MissCostaShark@helena_shark & @MissMay_Shark are showing us just how big of an area white sharks can be found in right now.
Happy #EarthDay! It’s going to take us all to make meaningful changes that can protect our earth’s species. Here are a few easy steps anyone can take to protect sharks https://t.co/zefzSo4hEr
Checking the gills of a shark is an important aspect of the physical exam. We combine it with a blood sample and visual exam of each animal to make sure they are healthy as they can be! #SandTigerShark@SeaWorld
Hey everyone! It’s me Brunswick! I love this shot from the day I first met the guys at @OCEARCH I have to admit, I didn’t know why was going on at first, but now that I see so many of my friends here & see how we help my brothers & sisters, I’m excited! #ocearch#saveoursharks
Huge shark! Watch right after the man splashes. Though it looks like a large white shark, we suspect it’s more likely a basking shark. Either way it’s big! What do you think? Video sent by Jon Azato taken 20 miles off the coast of Oregon Inlet, NC
Excellent! Look who finally figured out how to use her tracker! @helena_shark is pinging for the first time to let us know she is off the coast of Daytona Beach! I've been wondering where she is.
So exciting to finally get location pings from @Helena_Shark. We’ve had lots of z-pings from her but now she’s finally letting us know she is about 100 miles off the coast of Florida. @SeaWorld named her after St. Helena Island in South Carolina.
