@LWilmaMcKay1 @GroundedKiwis We can hope. But all indications are that there will be no urgency to move to home isolation. Simply a reduction in the duration of MIQ. Which is unlikely before February. And with October/November constrained by community cases, getting home is going to be slow

The problem with a staggered release is that it is UNFAIR to those who are returning permanently & need 3 months min to uproot (sell houses, transition jobs, move households) & to be in by start of school year

@LWilmaMcKay1 @GroundedKiwis At the supposed capacity of 4,000 rooms a fortnight, there should have been 25k rooms available for this period, enough to cover demand. (How the numbers have jumped from 540 rooms to 4K not sure)

@TimVaug48976422 @GroundedKiwis @jacindaardern The math doesn’t add up. 4K rooms every fortnight (actually every 18-20 days); the release covering 7 cohort sessions, why weren’t there 25,000 vouchers available (knocking off the emergency & “special” allocations, 10% special workers, and 15% loss to cohorting)????
