🇹🇷 Turkish equities had one of worst days on record with a 6.1% decline after main opposition party CHP leader is removed by a court decision.

CHP was No1 in 2024 local elections with 37.8% of the votes.

US listed Turkey ETF is down 10% - larger decline because local market was stopped by a circuit breaker.

Lira stable as the CB is believed to have sold more than USD 6bn to defend it.

Benchmark bond was already close to 44% and inflation is also on its way up with latest CPI at 32.4%.

@Adobe No need. It's clear that the new Standard Plan lets me keep the same amount of apps as the old Pro plan, yet is more expensive. It's so easy to force it on customers when they are captive. Not nice @Adobe , not nice.
