@professor_dave Is there a team in Your LA that cd go in to support your boy by offering to train relevant staff. My son (dev trauma/ASD) excluded from everything and everywhere managed in sea scouts for a while after team went in to train staff. Made such a difference
I’m keen to link to other single academy trusts that are aiming to be trauma informed in every aspect of their school’s life. We have lots of ideas and our new Principal has huge expertise. But always keen to engage with others on a similar journey
Past our ‘readiness to open’ meeting for the Flagship school, so with a great team recruited, sufficient children agreed and the build on track - we are set to open our special free school in Hastings in September. A great learning journey. What should I do now - ideas?
