@British_Airways our flights have been cancelled. Go to Manage my booking it says; if you want to rebook (I do!) follow Contact Us, I do this and call the number, which says you can't help me at this time! I don't even want a refund - why send me in circles on your site?

After 40 mins waiting on hold for @RoyalMail @RoyalMailHelp it's hard to bring myself to hang up...the call is because you a/didn't deliver my parcel, b/didn't leave me a card, and c/marked it on tracking as back at your sorting office at recipient request..none of my doing!?
