To put that in perspective, it's 18.2 billion, which would give each of the UK 382 local authority's approximately 47.6 million, which would massively improve housing, roads, schools, and public services in each of these regions.

That's the equivalent of giving £430 for every adult in each local authority in the UK that could be investing into these communities.
