@AWrightEnglish @classicsforall … much harder when I studied at a higher level, as I didn’t have a grounding in grammar at all. It’s perfectly possible to do well at GCSE by just learning vocab and having a good grasp of how sentences are supposed to work, but if they want to study further - teach grammar!
