@alexa_perreira @bey718 I know. I’m a trainer. I know what’s achievable and i know how genetics work 😂 Beyoncé looked amazing in her 20’s but for you guys to believe she hasn’t had work done after 3 kids is comical. And yes she still had to eat clean and workout after. That’s a whole other thing.
