Three years as a TOPS coach at Capital Gymnastics and my heart is full of gratitude. ❤️

What makes this journey even more special is that, for the third consecutive year, every one of our athletes has qualified for TOPS. 🏆✨

This achievement is not about one person. It’s about an entire team, athletes who show up every day and give their best, families who support them, coaches who work tirelessly on the details, and a whole program that believes in the process.

TOPS requires so much more than talent. It takes discipline, consistency, patience, trust, and the commitment to get better every single day.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of these athletes’ journeys and to watch them grow, not only as gymnasts, but also as young women. Every practice, every correction, every challenge overcome, and every small improvement is part of this achievement.

Thank you to everyone who plays a role in this journey and continues to believe in our athletes and our program. Three years, three years of qualifying every athlete. 💙

Essa é uma pequena forma de retribuir à ginástica tudo o que ela representa para mim e, principalmente, de exercer a solidariedade através daquilo que amo.

When she first arrived at Capital a couple of months ago from another gym, she was doing her round-off to the right and her layout half to the left.

I had to completely retrain her layout, changing her direction and teaching her to twist to the right. A technical change like this takes patience, repetition, consistency, and, most importantly, trust.

Seeing her progress today and watching everything come together makes every step of the process worth it. So proud of how far she has come! 💪🏼✨
