British professor David Miller was unlawfully fired by the University of Bristol because of his criticism of Zionism, an employment tribunal has ruled, confirming that anti-Zionism is a legally protected belief in the UK.

Congrats to @AbdulElSayed, who pulled off the impossible. $62 million spent against him and the entire national media opposed to him - and he still won! Shout out to @AIPAC, who helped by being so vile and despicable that their money became poison to anyone who accepted it.
One of the most terrifying realities we live with in Gaza one that almost no one in the world talks about is the presence of more than 100 military towers, each standing over 30 meters tall, surrounding the Gaza Strip from every direction.
Each tower is equipped with an automated machine gun that fires remotely without a soldier standing behind it. It makes no distinction between a child, a woman, or an elderly person, nor between civilians and anyone else. It can open fire at any moment, turning the simple act of moving into a potential death sentence.
These machine guns are capable of firing more than 6,000 rounds per minute, with a range of nearly 3,000 meters enough to cover most of the small area of Gaza where the population has been confined.
We are not only living under bombardment; we are living under constant surveillance by machines that know neither mercy nor hesitation. Gaza has become completely exposed to these weapons, and fear follows us with every step. Even leaving to search for food or water can become your last journey.
This is not science fiction. It is not a scene from a movie. This is the reality we live every single day in Gaza.
We are literally living inside Squid Game.
I get it, folks. I was raised a Zionist. Believed all the pretty, heroic myths and was fiercely protective of them. Thought Leon Uris' book "Exodus"was truthful historical fiction, when over 2/3 of it was racist, heavily-spun propaganda. I had ALL of the excuses ready that you read and hear now. We are always innocent; at worst we are mistaken. The squatters are outliers.
It was an Israeli history professor in the late 80s who started gently correcting my Disneyfied brainwashing about the origins and present reality of his birth country. He introduced me to the books and papers of Simha Flapan, Baruch Kimmerling, early Ilan Pappé, Tom Segev, Joel Migdal, Avi Shlaim, and Benny Morris (pre-2000). All of these historians/sociologists had access to the Israeli National Archives, and what they found there put the lie to the "poor us" Zionist "history" we were taught. Zionism has been ruthless, shameless racism from the very beginning, and the founders of Israel were *very* open about this. They simply believed European Jews were superior, and had the right to slaughter, rape, destroy, and steal from "Arabs." Even indigenous Jews had to be "de-Arabified" in order to become what the Zionists considered "proper citizens."
I really, really fought this. I kept retreating into denial. But you can't deny photographs of clear plans to drive defenseless Palestinians from their homes and businesses by all means necessary (and read about Zionist militias doing exactly that) WHILE CLAIMING to accept the UN partition. In the end, I had to accept that Israel was always meant to be a Jewish supremacist state, and that it had become far worse than I ever imagined. That even Jews can be "good people" who commit, enable, and cheer on atrocities, decades of self-serving lies, and constant bad faith dealing with everybody from "allies" to these completely FAKE "peace offers" of which we are all endlessly, ignorantly reminded.
We Jews can be racist, belligerent, dishonest monsters, too. We've WELL proven it in Israel and in the fifth columnists *Zionism* demands we all must be, in order to be "good Jews."
We *have* to stop closing our eyes to what is proving to be a dangerous, quasi-religious cult.
Remember when the Panama Papers came out, revealed that all rich people in the world are part of enormous criminal network to dodge taxes and hoard stolen wealth in offshore accounts, and the journalist who reported was murdered by a car bomb, and no one was held accountable, and literally nothing happened.
This is what will happen with the Epstein Files if we don't unite against child rapists.
The big four banks have announced even more mega profits.
They're making billions more from the higher interest rates that are hammering households.
I'm backing a Windfall Tax on these excess bank profits to raise billions for action on the cost of living crisis.
@yvonneridley@BurgerKing@DahliaKurtz As you can see I completely disagree with the victim mentality associated with this.

But at the same time her actions were inappropriate. She shouldn't be sacked for a first offence but she should be warned.
There are 4.5 million children living in poverty in the UK.
Meanwhile, there are more British billionaires than ever before.
I think we should tax the rich to lift children out of poverty. Why is that such a radical idea?
Israel has committed so many shocking atrocities over the past 2.5 years that many forgot how it massacred over 300 people in a November 2023 strike on Gaza’s Al-Sabra neighborhood
112 of those victims from two clans were just extracted from the rubble and given a mass funeral
Tony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Brett McGurk and Kamala Harris all have this blood on their hands
They report it in Israel.
They murdered 5,000 people, displaced a million, and bombed 20,000 homes to steal a chunk of Lebanon and construct 7 new colonial military bases.
Meanwhile highlight these barbaric crimes and you'll be told you're "antisemitic".
Germany arms them
The problem with the currently proposed Iran-controlled Strait of Hormuz route is that it will run into the same core issue the previous MOU did.
Iran is set to ensure they will exit any MOU collapse in a STRONGER position than they entered it.
Under the first MOU, Iran was able to rapidly export 80M barrels of oil in just 27 days. This is roughly equivalent to 175% of their pre-war export rate. In addition, they were also able to quickly import critical essential goods to weather a renewed blockade, such as wheat, medical supplies, cooking oil, and proteins.
In this new Iranian controlled inflow corridor, I PROMISE you Iran will ensure that Iran benefits more from the reopening of the Strait than the global economy will. Without question.
The problem then becomes:
Why would Iran stick to this deal once the 60-day MOU window is up?
Unfortunately, the harsh reality for the United States is we need to (more or less) blindly trust the Iranians. Trump needs to be the one extending the olive branch. Going the extra mile.
There simply is no other choice.

@susanabulhawa Sadly we saw with our own eyes the tactics of the IDF in Gaza. Relentless indiscriminate bombing brought down apartments, then IDF waltzed through the debris whilst rescue work being carried out, shooting reporters covering the tragedy. Genocide and war crimes committed on film!
